TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.1 Loose spot promotion trailer duration will be 30 seconds.
1.2 PPCTV reserves the right to re-brand the channels and re-schedule the programs in its sole discretion and shall notify Advertisers of such change not less than one week in advance.
1.3 Advertisers is solely liable for any defect and failure to deliver their products and/or services in a satisfactory quality. Advertiser is responsible that their products and/or services are reasonably fit for purpose.
1.4 Direx has the rights to repudiate this contract if advertiser fails to follow clause 1.2 to 1.3 above.
1.5 Advertiser has to provide TVC in Beta SP, Mini DV, DV Cam or DVD format.
1.6 Direx reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions, its packages and pricing.
