TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Optic TV

1. The installation fee for new subscriptions is $80 dollars. This fee is non- refundable. A Channel Receiver (set-top box) will be lent to you at your registered address only. Please note that PPCTV will take back its set-top box once you terminate our service. You are liable to pay a monthly subscription fee of $14 per month. Payments must be made at the beginning of each month. You will entitle a 10% when paying for half to one year.

2. Unless otherwise approved by us, all customers who pay a Service Charge of $14 per month are only permitted to use a maximum of 3 televisions per house. System division within the house must be made by PPCTV at a rate of $55 per set. For all System Division, the set-top box remains at all times our property. We will take back the set-top box once you terminate our service.

3. PPCTV services will be provided to you at your registered address, and you may access and use PPCTV services from and at the registered address only. You are strictly not allowed to divide our system to third parties without our prior consent.

4. We will be entitled to charge you a penalty fee of $80 if one set-top box is lost. You are responsible to take care of your set-top box. You must ensure that the set-top box will at all times be used only to receive the service at the service address. You must not repair all Equipments by yourself; any hardware problems caused by you will not be our responsibility. The warranty of the set-top box will be one month from the date of installation.

5. System Reconnection will be charged at $40, please ensure to pay your outstanding accounts with us that are due. If set-top box is lost, you are to pay a new installation fee. A fee of $40 will be charged for moving system from one house to another for the first time. In the event where you lose the set-top box or moving house for second time, you are to pay a new installation fee.

6. Upgrading from Cable TV, MMDS TV or other company will be charged at $50. A 50% discount will be given to customers who use both PPCTV TV and broadband internet service. A set-top box will be lent to you at your and we will take it back once you terminate our service.

7. There are three cases for outstanding fee that is not pay in a given time period:

Case1: Over 10 days, 20 channels will disable in advance.
Case2: Over 20 days, your system will be cut off temporarily.
Case3: Over 30 days, we will take back the extra set-top box that belongs to PPCTV and proceed to terminate your service.

8. PPCTV reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions, its channel packages and pricing. We may also withdraw, suspend, or change the service or any part thereof. A notification will be given in priority to you through written notice, electronic mail, or such other form as we may deem appropriate.

Broadband Cable Modem

1. Customers need to provide the ID card and/or Passport, and certificate of residency in Cambodia to PPCTV for obtaining the application form.

2. Customer is required to pay for the First Monthly fee and any additional charge in advance before the connection.

3. Customers are not allowed to distribute the PPCTV Internet service to the third party and not allow using VoIP through this Internet service.

4. IP address is assigned dynamically (Static IP can be provided as option upon request).

5. All prices are in USD and exclusive of the government VAT 10%.

6. +Night time data allowance is counting from 8PM to 7AM.

Broadband DSL Service

1. Customers need to provide the ID card and/or Passport, and certificate of residency in Cambodia to PPCTV for obtaining the application form.

2. ADSL 2+ modem cost $48 for Ultimate Plan or $58 for "Yes" Data Plan. ADSL 2+ modem rental is $6 per month (12 months). Reach DSL Modem cost $68 for Ultimate Plan or $78 for "Yes" Data Plan. Reach DSL modem rental is $8 per month (12 Months).

3. Customer is required to pay for the First Monthly fee and any additional charge in advance before the connection.

4. Customers are not allowed to distribute the PPCTV Internet service to the third party and not allow using VoIP through this Internet service.

5. IP address is assigned dynamically (Static IP can be provided as option upon request).

6. All prices are in USD and exclusive of the government VAT 10%.

7. Customer needs to pay $40 for MPTC Telephone Line Connection Fee.

8. PPCTV will charge $20 for modem configuration, if it required by the customers (Customer's Modem).

9. ADSL 2+ is available on Telephone number starting with 88 and 22.

10. +Night time data allowance is counting from 8PM to 7AM.
