Phnom Penh Municipal Cable Television (PPCTV) was established in September 1995. PPCTV owns and manages the most advanced Cable TV operation in the Cambodia. PPCTV commenced distributing its services on cable with 36 channels in 1995, expanding to 48 channels, 52 channels and finally 66 channels. PPCTV currently provide a full series of advance clear international channels ranging from kids, education to movies and entertainment.

MMDS TV was launched in March 1998 providing outskirt provinces with more choices of 28 channels.

PPCTV Fiber optic service was launched in early 2005, consisting of 85 channels that offers interactive entertainments which are more value added with advanced clear picture and digitally clear sound quality. PPCTV Fiber Optic is a fully upgraded, advanced fiber optic network service that enables you to have higher quality Cable TV and faster Internet access. We expanded programming choices from movies, music, news, education and information to action sports and entertaining kids programmes.
